Raise your hand if you have been bamboozled by the amount of conflicting information out there about what is and isn't healthy! Go on, raise it up.
Low fat, no sugar, artificial flavourings blah blah blah. I always think... what am I going to eat then? A couple of carrots and an apple?
Well since trying to get through all of the info out there I actually came across the ultimate, super amazing, fantabulous diet ever created by man. In fact the whole concept behind my healthy eating is that anything that was created by man you shouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole! If it was created in a lab...RUN AWAY! As fast as you can!
My whole philosophy on food is so simple I sometimes amaze myself. Just go natural. If it grew in the ground, fell off a tree or had a breath then I eat it. (Note - I am not a vegetarian but I don't eat heaps of meat)
I'm also a teacher and mother and truly want the best for my kids and myself of course. So I came up with this nifty cooking program to help you actually cook some decent healthy foods without having to eat something that tastes like cardboard. Did you hear I have an icecream recipe in there?!?
Now I know money can be tight and you're thinking how on earth can this be different to what is already out there? What is so unique and to be quite honest the word remarkable comes to mind, is that my whole program is about getting the kids involved! You don't have to if you don't want to by the way. I give you heaps of tips to make it fun, delicious and super easy. You gotta love that!
If you just want to try the first part (there are 4 parts by the way) you can by clicking on the picture below. Unit 1 is available now for only $29.95. That's pretty awesome! You get 4 super creative recipes to do with the kids and they help you to start a transformation of your cooking and eating. So worth it though. I have had heaps of nutritionists, health advocates and some generally awesome healthy people check it out and they LUURRVVEE it. I have also made all of these things with my son (2 and a half years) and he can't get enough. He is one tough critic!
