Mapping the Mockingbird (Project for To Kill A Mockingbird Novel)
This Windows PC program is a great hands-on project for students. The period piece is explored through setting. Students use the database to collect details left by the author about place, objects, locations, etc., as they read the novel, To Kill A Mockingbird. When they are done they build a graphic map of the local community in which the story unfolds. Lesson plans and projects included FREE. Also includes a suggested finished map design.
This program project has been packed with WinZip. Save the file to a new folder on your desktop, unzip with Winzip. This will give you access to all the files. To use the database on your Windows machine, double click the .msi file to install the database program on your machine. Documentation is included.
