Close Reading PowerPoint:
This 140-slide PowerPoint is a great tool for guiding students through a more in-depth textual analysis of To Kill a Mockingbird. There is a word cloud for each chapter with a guiding question to help students review the chapter. Additional slides review key passages and push students to deeper analysis, with a strong emphasis on making inferences, understanding the major themes and symbolism in the novel, and identifying figurative language.
