Student-focused, engaging learning stations that provide background knowledge for reading To Kill a Mockingbird.
Background knowledge topics include: The Great Depression, Jim Crow Laws, Autobiographical Information on Harper Lee, and setting/theme information on the novel.
Essentially, I took a 45 minute lecture (that I used to present to students), and put them in charge of their own learning! And, as you can imagine, students loved it :)
I've included a zip file that includes PDF and Microsoft documents of the resources. I'm also providing my first ever Google Drive links! PLEASE email me at email@example.com or leave a comment below if you have any trouble with the resources!
