A great way to get kids engaged in the novel To Kill a Mockingbird, not only to identify trivia but to discuss some of the themes and characters. Note this document requires some preparation/personalization to your own class, based on topics you have discussed. You also need to prepare or project the game board.
Each game play easily fills up a period or two. Two or more questions at each level mean game can be played twice or more with same class.
Includes rules and sample image of game board, five categories on the board plus three extra ones, some extra questions, special scoring. You could manage to play this game just as it is, but you really will want to make some adjustments to fit your own teaching, for example, on points of grammar and punctuation (the game includes several categories that are language-based, as opposed to merely covering the novel). Thus the low, low price!
