Product Description

Students will be able to understand and define empathy, while using it to relate to their peer's experiences. The first part of the lesson assesses student's knowledge of feeling words, while explaining those words that are unclear to them (ie: jealous, frustrated, disappointed). The next part of the lesson encourages students to look for clues in others as to how they're feeling. Clues include body language, facial expression and the situation. Students are very engaged during this lesson and are able to relate feeling words to their own experiences and the experiences of others.
