This document includes 15 statements (and their answers) about tobacco. It is up to students to decide whether they are a fact (true) or a myth (false).
The teacher may choose how they would like students to display their answer (not included). I personally cut out red cards for myth and green cards for facts. You could also do thumbs up and thumbs down, dry erase boards, or writing their answers silently.
I use this at the beginning of the unit for a quick assessment check of what they already know.
