Data Collection sheets: 3 variations, to collect data for tracking when, how often, and what happened when the student used the restroom.
Restroom visuals/symbols should be used with the verbal "restroom" to communicate to the child it is time to use the restroom and eventually for the child to use the word and/or visual to communicate the need to use the restroom.
Choice card allows student to select what reinforcer is to be given after the student uses the restroom or what activity will happen after the restroom break.
