Under the scorching Sahara sun a new tomb has been opened, lost for centuries under the shifting sands. Archaeologists are still exploring, but are stumped. There are blocks that, when performed correctly, open secret passage ways of the tomb. A select few of these passageways lead deeper into the tomb. Others lead to a mummy who sends you back to the start of the level. At the bottom of the tomb is a treasure that has been hidden away for thousands of years. Can your students find it or will they fall victim to the mummy?
This is an activity to practice performing tikatika. The torch will move when the screen is clicked. When the students get to a box they are expected to clap the rhythm. Press the rhythm boxes to discover what happens next.
I highly recommend downloading the song from the first Indiana Jones movie called "The Map Room: Dawn" and playing it in the background with the lights off.
