Disagree with good tone for opposing views! Students love to earn regular participation points in class for meeting key tone requirements, and this brain based tool serves as an attendance taker too.

Tone skill materials also double to track your attendance in an easy-to-use way! If absent for any reason, you’ll see the blank spot beside names that day. You’ll also see at a glance who met tone participation standards such as disagreeing with peers while building goodwill even with those who differ.

Students experience personal and group mental benefits that come from using good tone skills and impact their learning takeaways. They see and record practical evidence as rewards – while they build an awesome learning culture together!

It's really a student-led initiative, and they enjoy how it gives them voice. How so? Students are required to state evidence of at least one tone skill used in class - such as affirming other's ideas before offering their own, and asking two footed questions, such as What if...? as an exit ticket to leave.
