This is an interactive notebook with directions, guidelines and a rubric for students to create/invent a toy for a child ages 0-5 years that promotes all four areas of development: physical, social, emotional, and intellectual. Students are required to upload a picture of their finished project, answer brainstorming questions regarding their project, and complete a reflection on how it relates to all four areas of development. Students also have the opportunity (for extra credit) to upload a video of a child playing with their toy they created.
