These flash cards include toys, playground equipment and sports equipment. There are two sets, one with and one without the name of the toy. The teacher may choose to use one or both sets.
You can use the flash cards only as such or use them to play games (like memory or Go Fish). When I play memory with my ESL students, I generally ask them a question about the match they found, require them to use the vocabulary word in a sentence, or require them to say "I have two slides" so that they work on the singular and plural forms of the words.
I have included the reverse side of the card so that, when playing, the students cannot see what is on the other side of the card.
