The first page is a summary of the entire year by month. There is also a page for each month where you can input the amount spent, a description of the expense, and what category the expense is (Marketing, Supplies, Fees, etc.) All the calculations are done for you. All you have to do is input your expenses and transfer info to the front page at the end of each month.
Keep all your digital receipts and scanned copies of paper receipts in a "2015" or "2016" folder with this form. You can then hyperlink each expense to it's receipt. At tax time, copy the whole folder to your accountant and they can just click on the receipt they need!
