After teaching students the different vocabulary words for breakfast and lunch foods mentioned in Realidades 1 Chapter 3, these paired practice activities are great for practicing their speaking skills. This is also a review of frequency vocabulary such as todos los días, a veces. siempre, nunca, no me gusta, ¡Qué asco!
With both of the paired practice activities, the students work in groups of two. One student asks the question, and the second student answers according to the picture provided. There is an example at the top of the page that the students can refer to if they need extra help with what to ask.
The foods mentioned are: el pan, el jamón, los panqueques, los huevos, el yogur, el pan tostado, el cereal, el queso, el tocino, las salchichas, los wafles, la mantequilla, la sopa de pollo, la pizza, el sándwich de jamón y queso, la hamburguesa (con queso), la ensalada de frutas, el perrito caliente, las papas fritas.
