This individual plan is good to use for those students that struggle following your everyday classroom behavior plan. This plan works best for students that just need a little extrinsic motivation to keep them on the right track. Set a goal and write an incentive in the center box. At the end of the day/class, place a stamp, sticker, or initial in the circle. Start at the top (the start/finish line). When the student makes it all the way around the track, he/she will receive the reward.
