A few years ago, I became overwhelmed with trying to remember which families had donated items from my wish list and which parents donated their time or items for our classroom parties.
I created this simple tracker to keep by my desk to write down donations as they came across my desk. I later added spaces to mark volunteers for field trips and various jobs in my classroom. At the end of the year, we are asked to write "thank you" notes to families who donated their time or items to our classrooms, so this tracker became a life saver!
Download my small Thank You notes to send home as donations come in your classroom. (Listing here:https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Thank-You-Note-For-Classroom-Donations-2057743 ) I print out this form and tape it in a file folder to hang on the wall near my desk so it is always close by. I've posted the Excel document in case you'd like to make changes to better fit your classroom needs.
How to get TpT credit to use for future purchases:
*Please go to your "My Purchases" page. Beside each purchase, you’ll see a "Provide Feedback" button. Simply click it and you will be taken to a page where you can give a quick rating and leave a short comment for the product. Each time you give feedback on a purchase, TpT gives you feedback credits that you use to lower the cost of your future purchases.
