Tractor Factor is a 2-player game that allows participants to practice identifying factors of numbers. This strategic game requires player one to select and 2-digit number on the board. This number represents the points earned by player 1 during the round. Player 2 now must identify all available factors on the game board, finding the sum of these factors to determine her score during the round. Play continues in this manner until no more numbers are available for play. The player with the greater score wins the game. A great strategic game in which students will learn the difference between prime and composite numbers as well as finding factors of numbers less than 25. This activity meets or exceeds the Common Core Standards of Mathematics and makes for a great standards-based learning center. A chart listing all of the factors of the numbers from 1 to 24 is included and makes for a great self-check feature.
