Terms of Use: The clip art may be used as a design element in educational commercial products. All images must be secured in a PDF file with a password that prevents saving, copying, or lifting the images.

• These images may not be used as moveable clip art pieces. The images must be locked in place and secured in the resource.

• Paperless Resources uses are fine in commercial products as long as the image is flattened as part of the slide background and not loose in the file.

• Boom Cards usage is permitted as moveable and non-moveable under the Standard License. Boom Cards is the ONLY moveable usage permitted under the Standard License.

• Personal classroom use: The images may be used in lessons, activities, SMART board or PowerPoint lessons/activities that are not distributed or sold. In PowerPoint the images must be flattened as part of the slide background and not loose in the file.
