This activity addresses sequence vocabulary that is a part of most early elementary math curriculums in a game format. It is appropriate for small groups or math centers to address the concepts of before, after, 1st, 2nd, last, middle and end of the line.
I used it originally for a push in model for speech therapy services where we divided a kindergarten class into table groups weekly and reviewed concept vocabulary.
The materials consist of cards of train cars and shapes and a mat. Students draw the cards or pass them trying to form a complete train.
There is a color and black and white options.
