This is a complete set-up for an inner-circle/outer-circle Socratic seminar for a Transcendentalism unit. This includes 10 different questions for 2 days of discussion. This is an amazing way to get students engaged in the class discussion, and the nice thing is that it is completely student driven. Aside from the two handouts for the different groups/days (I like to color code the different days), but is also includes the instruction sheet for the students that explain the process of the entire project. There is also an alternative/absent assignment built into the instructions.
