This four week exercise plan offered by REVERSAGE HEALTH AND FITNESS is designed to build on the Energize Your Metabolism Plan, Phase one of the Transform Your Body Program is designed to help you perform everyday activities with ease. Exercises stress real-life movement patterns such as pushing, pulling, lifting, squatting, and rotating. Using high intensity interval training (HIIT) you will increase levels of youth enhancing human growth hormone (HGH) to elevate your metabolism. You will burn body fat faster, and enhance muscle tone while your heart grows stronger.
This program is ideal for individuals that:
Are healthy, have no physical limitations and permission from your medical provider Are able to complete 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous cardiovascular exercise Wish to improve body composition and muscle tone Have adequate core and overall body strength and joint mobility and stability
Program Length: Perform this program for four (4) weeks. Total workout time commitment: 30-40 minutes, 4-6 x's/week if cardiovascular component is completed on separate days or 60 minutes 2-3 x's/wk if all components are completed during each workout.
Sample Program Schedule:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: Foam roll, Cardiovascular Performance, Static Stretch Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday: Dynamic warm-up, Functional Strength Circuit, Stretch (Sunday: Cardiovascular performance session or rest)
Equipment Needed: Foam or hand roller, safe place to walk or jog or a cardiovascular machine, exercise mat, and access to weight machines, dumbbells or resistance bands.
