Cut the task cards out, tape them around the room, give each student an answer sheet, and tell them to start at any task card. I only allow 2 people at each card at a time. This helps with the talking and not getting anything done issue.
The task cards have questions where they have to describe the transformation from a parent function. There are also questions regarding finding the vertex from the quadratic function in vertex form and finding the zeros from a graph.
