Many countries conducted changes and restructuring processes for change of their economies. Modern market economies became main target of many of command economy’s countries, which had been suffering for very long eras from restricting of their developmental projects, commercial activities, and national competiveness. Two of most successful countries, which succeeded in implementation of these transitions, are considered to be Russia and China. However, every one of countries had been focusing on different paths for conduction of change process; evidence ensures that various developments that had been witnessed in their national environmental factors are based on success of economic transitions (Marsh, 2005). It is important to study cases of Russia and China, within transition of their economies from command economy to modern market economy, for purpose of identifying main problems that they had been facing and approaches that they followed for overcoming these problems. Those case studies can be deployed by under developed countries, which suffer from command economies, in order to benefit from positive outcomes that are being enjoyed by Russia and China. The following research would be contrasting and comparing both of cases, as well as evaluating entire activities and policies that had been conducted for change processes.
