This Valentines Day Transformation puzzle is a high interest, interactive activity that will allow you to easily see if your students have mastered dilations, translations, reflections, and rotations on a coordinate plane. Students must use the given

pre-image points, perform the stated transformations, and then plot the new image points to create a fun Valentine picture puzzle which they can then color and decorate. Also included is a great one-page "cheat" sheet that explains the rules of all 4 transformations in an easy, student friendly format.

This can be used as an in class activity, home project or an assessment. Also perfect for math centers to review or a great activity to do when you have a substitute. It will definitely keep your class on task.
