This is a bundle pack of Transitions Talk Volumes 1-5. Transition Talk is a flip card resource for teachers to capitalize on lost instructional time while children wait in line for lunch, the bathroom or the many other transitions that occur throughout the day. These activities address language and critical thinking skills which impacts literacy and academic success. Two Categories , Would You Rather?, What Am I? and Which one doesn’t belong? activities are a great way to promote language and critical thinking skills that fall in Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy levels of Remembering, Understanding, Applying, Analyzing and Evaluating. By asking these questions, children practice vocabulary, word retrieval, describing, processing, organization, analysis of relationships between items and differentiating skills. This bundle contains complete sets of Volumes 1-5 for a total of 36 pages. Cards are shown in color, however will also print nicely in gray scale. Once printed, cards are to be laminated, cut, and put on a ring. Cards are then ready for teachers to grab on their way out the door to make the most of time usually lost during transitions. These sets are also great for parents to use while driving, waiting at the doctor, or even to keep them busy while shopping.
