This resource contains 30 cards with pictures and words. The game uses the singular and plural forms of the vocabulary and provides practice for the colors as well. The vocabulary used in the game is listed below.
In this game, players are trying to find matches according to color, number or category. To begin, place all cards face down on the table. The first student rolls the die. The die will determine what type of match must be made; either color, number or category. They then flip over two cards and determine if they have made a match according to the die. The play continues until two cards are left. It may be impossible to match the final two cards. The winner of the game is the person with the most matches. The file contains two dice; one with pictures and words and one with words only to be used at varying ability levels.
