PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product uses the Communicative Approach. The Communicative Approach teaches English in order to learn a task rather than teach vocabulary and grammar in isolation.

This product has three tasks that students will find helpful in a restaurant:

Making a Reservation
Students learn to make a reservation. They also learn how to pull out information from a conversation.

Ordering a Meal
Students learn to order in a restaurant using phrases like, "Could I have..." "Can I have..." "May I have...." They also put a conversation in order.

Paying a Check
Students learn how to pay a bill in a restaurant. They learn about the custom of tipping and put a conversation in order before attempting to create their own conversation.
