Description

This document has 2 versions of an exit slip assessing the lines and spaces of the treble clef staff. The first page is intended for intermediate students. They first practice drawing a treble clef and then label line and space notes with their correct letter name. The second page is intended for primary students. Instead of letter names, the students first write L or S to determine if a note is a on a line or space. Then, they write the number of each line or space under each note. Both exit slips are reduced to fit 2 on one page to save paper.
