The student labels four trees with characteristics of the season: Spring Blooming Tree; Summer Green-Leafed Tree; Fall Colorful Leaves Falling; Winter Bare Tree. They attach describing words labels on each tree: blooming; new leaves; green leaves; colorful leaves; falling leaves; no leaves. We hung the trees in the classroom science area on a poster titled, "Characteristics of the Seasons."
