A different take on flash cards. Each puzzle contains 4 pieces, each relating to one of the special segments of a triangle. One piece has the name of the segment and its point of concurrency, one has a picture of the segment, one has the property of the point of concurrency, and one has a description/definition of the segment. There are 5 puzzles: median, altitude, angle bisector, perpendicular bisector, and midsegment. Puzzle pieces must be cut out (sorry!) for each student or group of students participating (or you can just do one set and have the whole class work together). Students must start with all 20 pieces shuffled together, then arrange them into five 4-piece puzzles such that all four pieces represent the same special segment.
