Tribes Learning Communities promote safe learning environments for students. This Behaviour Think Sheet uses the 4 Tribes Agreements to reflect and inform parents about their wrong-doing.
The think sheet puts the onus on the child to take responsibility for their negative action(s)/behaviour. The behaviour sheet is outlined such that the child reflects on their behaviour and also inform their parents of their wrong-doing. Students briefly articulate what they did, identify the Tribes Agreement they broke, and explain what they will do next time.
I often use this in the primary grades, but it can also be used with older students.
