This short, 7 question quiz comes in two forms, A and B, on one sheet of paper. You have the flexibility to cut the sheets in half and distribute to your students, or pass out the entire sheet and then tell them which form to do by row, etc. It is a Word document that you can alter as desired and it includes the answer key, making grading easy. Questions include solving for unknowns given a 30-60-90 triangle, 45-45-90 triangle, and SOH-CAH-TOA (sine, cosine, tangent). Students must also draw their own figure, use Pythagorean Theorem to find the missing third side, and solve the triangle. Scientific or graphing calculator required.
