Product Description
This is a group activity that allows students to work together to create a food web in a selected biome. Each biome is defined by specific plant and animal species. The students will research each biome and decide the producers, primary consumers, secondary consumers, tertiary consumers, and decomposers that survive in that environment. They will then create a food web and label the herbivores, carnivores and omnivores. Each group will show their food web on a large size paper to the class. This is a great activity to discuss different biomes and trophic levels.
