Product Description
“True or False?: A Number Line Game Using the Equal Sign” is one of the trilogy of number line games. This pocket game is perfect for centers, small groups, and partner play. The game provides addition and subtraction problems that must be evaluated to determine if they are equal or not equal. It addresses CCSS for math 1.OA.A.2, 1.OA.B.3, 1.OA.B.4, and 1.OA.D.7 in a game format that students love to play over and over again. Additionally, it familiarizes students with using a number line, a critical skill for deep understanding of all the basic operations (+, -, x, and ÷) as well as fractions and decimals. This game comes in two levels to keep your students challenged. You can further differentiate the game by creating your own problems on the blank equations cards provided with the game.

“Hop to It! A Game of Number Line Counting, Adding, Subtracting, & Number Sense” is the first of a trilogy of number line games, giving students the opportunity to practice and master the CCSS Standards for math K.CC.A.2, K.CC.B.4, K.CC.B.4c, K.CC.C.7, K.OA.A.2, K.OA.A.4, K.OA.C.5, 1.OA.C.5, 1.NBT.C.5, and 1.NBT.C.6. The third game, “Solve My Riddle: A Number Line Game to Solve for Unknowns” addresses the extraordinarily difficult 1st grade skill of solving for unknowns. This game addresses the CCSS for math 1.OA.A.1, 1.OA.B.4, 1.OA.D.B, and 2.OA.A.1.
