What educators are saying

We really enjoyed this. The activities I used: Expressions, Equations, and Order of Operations were engaging and challenging. It was so easy to put together.

    Description

Print, copy, cut and play with these math review games!

With 36 truth or dare cards in each set, these easy-prep activities offer students a chance to self-differentiate with a choice of question types - "Truths" or "Dares." Students record their answers and points on their recording sheets.

    The game cards include:

    18 Truth Cards:

    • True or false questions
    • Many address vocabulary
    • Worth 1 point

    18 Dare Cards:

    • No answer choices - students must provide answers
    • More challenging questions
    • 2-3 points

Great to play in groups of 3 - 4, but group size can vary....the smaller the group, the more questions each student will answer:-)

    Great as a center activity.

    Each easy-prep activity includes:

    • detailed directions
    • 36 cards (a set WITH background AND a set WITHOUT background - SAME set, just the option of a background for you when you print them)
    • recording sheet
    • answer key
    • blank cards in case you want to add your own questions

    Topics include:

    Absolute Value
    Algebraic Expressions

Understand the absolute value of a rational number as its distance from 0 on the number line; interpret absolute value as magnitude for a positive or negative quantity in a real-world situation. For example, for an account balance of –30 dollars, write |–30| = 30 to describe the size of the debt in dollars.
