Glyphs tell about the person who made them! Glyph is short for hieroglyphics. It's art with information! Think of it as taking your art to a new level! Print the attached pages. Make enough copies of pages 3 and 4 so that each student will have the supplies they need. You can choose to copy everything onto white construction paper or depending on students' abilities you may desire to copy it onto colored construction paper and just have the students select their pieces. Students then complete the turkey according to the Legend. When the glyph is done it will tell about the student who made it! Anyone who reads the glyph will know whether the student prefers turkey or not, whether they like gravy and pumpkin pie or not, whether they watch the parade or not, and how many letters are in their first name. Your students will LOVE it!
