Save $5 by purchasing this bundled set! This file contains all of my Turkey Trot Rhythm Races Sets. Students will enjoy racing to find their turkey and not even realize that they are practicing reading/decoding rhythm patterns! Great assessment!

There is a set for each of the following concepts:

Ta and titi
Ta Rest (notated using both "Z" and standard notation)
Half Note
Tiri-tiri
Ti-tiri
Tiri-ti
Syncopa

*You can use this game with any system for reading rhythms.

A teacher list of all the rhythms patterns is included in each set as well as game directions and suggestions for an alternate activity using the cards.

This could easily be used as an extension from any Thanksgiving or fall song or even use the cards to have students compose a new rhythm pattern. All materials for this set could be printed on card stock and laminated to last a long time. Many possibilities!
