This comprehensive Eco Empowered Kids Kit, with 23 components, focuses specifically on teaching children about turning off lights, an important habit to conserve electricity.
Pick and choose which parts of the kit coincide best with your existing curriculum and lessons...or use them all! This kit has fun and flexible components to complement an existing science unit focusing on the Earth and conservation.
It can be integrated into Earth month, Earth Day activities or used any time throughout the school year when you want to teach your students how important it is to live green.

Success in the Classroom!
I have been in the field of education for 25 years and over the past 5 years have brought variations of this kit to students. They love it so much, I just had to share it. The different activities provide a variety of ways to educate, inspire and acknowledge students for their work with the eco-action. All of the kits that I have developed have the same structure and components making it easy to introduce a new eco-action to your classroom when you are ready.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Many of the components of the 1st-2nd grade version and the 3rd-5th grade version are similar. Please only choose the one version that works best for your students.
