Q: I purchased these when they were first uploaded. Can I get an upgrade?
A: Yes! Just redownload from your TpT purchases page.
Q: Why doesn't this pack include marketing forms?
A: After a lot of feedback and input from other tutors just like you, I decided it would better serve tutors to create separate packs to allow them to better customize forms to suite their needs. Marketing packs and educational packs are coming soon!
Q: How do I edit these forms?
A: Please visit my video tutorial page. Directions to that page are within the pack. Find the document that is named, READ_Directions_TOU.pdf
Q: How do I unzip these files?
A: Refer to my friend Erin Cobb's wonderful tutorial on how to unzip files. http://imlovinlit.blogspot.com/2014/09/zip-file-911.html
Q: My forms look strange in my Adobe Reader. What can I do?
A: Please download the latest version of Adobe Reader. If after installing the newest version and you are still having problems? Please contact TpT support ticket.
Q: Why does my Microsoft Word document backgrounds look fuzzy and soft?
A: The images you see are hidden in the header area. This prevents you from accidently moving images around. When you print, all the colors will come through. If you save it as a PDF, all colors will come through as well.
Q: Why can't I change the images?
A: The images and backgrounds in this pack are copyright protected. I am unable to allow you to move them around at this time. You can however create your own backgrounds and upload them within the forms. Please refer to the free video training tutorials.
Q: When are the marketing forms going to be available?
A: Hopefully by January 2015! Please keep watching the shop or follow along over at my blog for the latest details.
