Product Description
This is a project that I use with my Geometry students to show them how to use right triangle trigonometry to indirectly measure things outside like trees, buildings, etc.

The project uses a homemade clinometer made using a protractor, drinking straw, and a weight. -- you can also use an app

It can be a two or three day project with real life applications. (surveying)
