# Two-Digit Addition With & Without Regrouping ~ Salty or Sweet?

Product Description
This set of 24 task cards will strengthen your students’ skills in
deciding whether or not to regroup when adding two-digit numbers.
Choosing from four numbers on each card, your students will
determine the secret number by finding the solution to addition number models and eliminating three of the options.

With each card they complete, your students will solve three addition number models – that’s 72 in all!

A student recording page, answer key, board game, and 120 chart for extra support are also included.

Here are some ways that you might use the task cards in your classroom:
* Use in a math center for individual or partner work
* Use with your document camera for whole class review or to
focus attention at the beginning of a math lesson
* Use as a skills review rotation, individually or with partners, with
students moving to stations around the classroom to solve the
clues
* Use for morning “bell ringers”
* Use as exit tickets
* Use as challenge work or for early finishers
