Multidigit multiplication is something students simply need a lot of "fluency" work with to build confidence. This game is geared toward making multiplication practice fun!

Welcome to “Dollar Deals”! These resources are no frills, ready to use stations, centers, lessons, and activities. Each is only a dollar because there are no “frills” or extras. This one is all about 2 digit by 2 digit multiplication.

This game is a super easy one to teach and manage—and it’s only purpose is to provide students with the opportunity to practice two digit by two digit multiplication with regrouping. Each round has two players who each draw 2 cards from the deck. They work in their notebooks to solve the problem and then record their answer on the recording sheet. They play 5 rounds, total their products, and see who the big winner is!

It’s much more fun than a worksheet yet provides great practice.

Want a bigger challenge? Use the 3 digit cards in one stack and the 2 digit cards in another! It's a fun and low-prep way to practice multiplication!
