Do your students struggle with basic two digit by two digit addition? Are you tired of having your students complete worksheet after worksheet, only to get them wrong? Touchpoints have always been a way I've taught my students to be successful with basic addition and subtraction problems.
I created these task cards as a way for my students to practice addition using touch math points, then immediately check their answers using the QR codes. Simply print the cards (I laminate them so my students can use a dry-erase marker) and have the students solve them. Then scan the QR code to check the answer. If you don't have access to a QR scanner, I included the same task cards without the QR codes.
This resource comes with 24 different problems, 12 with visual supports such as an arrow pointing at the ones place (where students begin adding) and a box to signal where to 'carry the 1', and 12 without the visual scaffolding.
