These boards feature common core math activities for 4th grade:
Division of three and four-digit dividends by single-digit quotients followed by recognizing equivalent fractions and comparing fractions.
It isn’t necessary to use these activities. Blank templates are included so that teachers can create their own activities in any subject area.
This kit contains all the images and text you will need to create colorful interactive bulletin boards for your classroom. There are four activities included. Starting with plenty of free space on the board, the first two activities add snowmen piece by piece to the board. Students must first answer a question correctly before taking a snowman piece and adding it to the board. The resulting snowman “army” is a real class effort.
In the second two weeks, students build a snow fort, following a “blueprint” held by a snowman at the corner of the board.
The colored pictures and text are sized for printing on letter size paper, but can also be printed on A4 size paper. There are four weeks of 4th grade math activities included in this kit along with four worksheets, one for each week.
I have also included blank templates so that you can prepare your own activities instead of using the math ones. It is recommended that you prepare at least four different sets of activities – one set per week for the month of November.
