Students practice solving two step equations. Students love games in the classroom and this DIY Bingo activity will keep them working and engaged. Either display the answers are print a set of the answer sheets for students to copy. Students choose their favorite 25 answers to write on their bingo form in ink( 24 if you allow a free space in the middle). There are 36 equations in each game and 3 game cards are included. Each game uses the same answers, but includes different two step equations.
Then either write or display the two step equations for students to solve and if they have the answer on their card they cross it off. 5 in a row wins the prize. When a student has 5 in a row, I have them yell "I Love Math". I usually give raffle tickets as a prize for games and once a month draw a winner for some small surprise.
Students must show their work on included worksheet.
