This is a quick practice on two step equations for your students. This includes a puzzle three versions of the puzzle. It includes the basic, gifted, and modified versions. The basic and gifted versions include 16 pieces for the puzzle, while the modified includes 9 pieces. It also includes a sheet for students to glue the puzzle down on to turn in if you would like.
Cut out the squares. It is your students job to put them back together by solving the equations. They should line up the answer with equation. Be careful though! There are multiple of the same answers which adds to the difficulty. This will help your students' problem solving and puzzle skills, as well as, giving them some practice on solving equations.
The symbols in the middle of each piece make it easy to grade.
