Product Description
This is a resource bundle to teach and practice vowel teams that follow the "when 2 vowels go walking the first one does the talking" rule. This rule can be applied to ai, oa, ea, ee and ay words. This bundle includes:

-Flashcards of 2 Vowels Go Walking Words

-“ea” words that say /ee/ or /e/ word sort for SMARTBoard or paper copy-Students read and sort EA words and decide if the EA word follows the "Two Vowel Go Walking" rule and says /ee/ or if the word doesn't follow the rule and says /e/. Students will see many more words follow the rule.

-2 Vowels Go Walking Posters (2 different versions are included)

-2 Vowels Go Walking Powerpoint “video” for whole class reading practice. Just sent the Powerpoint to "play" and students practice reading the words as they appear.

-Story for students to read and illustrate – uses 2 Vowels Go Walking words

-6 Games of "I Have, Who Has?" containing:
- EA words
- AI words
- OA words
- EE words
- AY Words
- A combination of EA, AI, OA, EE, and AY words.
Each word follows phonics rules (no outlaw words!), so it is a great game for emergent readers learning the different vowel teams. Negative words like "jail" have been left out. Each game has more than 20 cards (except for AY which has 18).
The font used is clear and easy to read.
