Product Description
This document includes TWO WEEKS of Native Americans morning work/homework. It would be great to incorporate during your Native American unit or later as a review. I use it in the weeks leading up to the GMAS as a way to review since we covered Native Americans at the beginning of the year.
Each day there are six activities to complete:
- A multiple choice question
- A drawing activity
- A true or false question
- A mystery vocabulary word
- A short paragraph to analyze
- A sentence to edit
To save paper, each page has two copies of the same questions on it. This way you will only have to make copies for half of the number in your class, then cut the page in the middle.
An answer key for each day is also provided.

SS4H1 The student will describe how early Native American cultures developed in North America.
a. Locate where Native Americans settled with emphasis on the Arctic (Inuit), Northwest (Kwakiutl), Plateau (Nez Perce), Southwest (Hopi), Plains (Pawnee), and Southeast (Seminole).
b. Describe how Native Americans used their environment to obtain food, clothing, and shelter.
