This activity involves locating states and their capitols while determining the angle of a flight it took to get there.
There are 10 different flights taken each involving a departing city, connecting city and final destination. The students will connect each flight and create an angle. They will determine which type of angle they made. Once this is determined, they can measure their angle.
Included is an answer key if all measurements as well as types of angles. Also included is a map with the angles marked.
Attached is a map with capitols and states and a sheet with state abbreviations.
