Product Description
Where would we be in the world of advertising, design, and publication without TYPOGRAPHY? This completely customizable presentation was created for an Advertising and Design class, but could easily be used for an English Composition class or even a Desktop Publishing and/or Computer Basics (Microsoft Word) class. This Typography Crash Course has five main sections (See Below) and comes complete with guided note-taking worksheets, tests (both standard and modified for IEP students) and homework assignments. See the contents of the .zip file at the very end of this orientation.

Designed to be taught within one week, this PowerPoint presentation consists of highly professional images, and is sure to save you more time than going through an entire typography book when your students really only need to know the basics. It will also help to keep your students engaged while learning the basics of typography, composition, and layout. Picture assessments evoke class discussions and many of the sections of the presentation come equipped with presenter’s notes. I hope this typography unit saves you time and engages your students in the creative learning process!

Sincerely,
- Miss D.
